Bel Aroussi is a Moroccan city of the Oriental region in the north-western part of Morocco, located just a few minutes from the Spanish border. It is adjoined to Tetuan (15) and the Mediterranean Sea. The city has about 43 000 inhabitants, spread among the seven districts that take its name.
